18TH ANNUAL LANSDOWNE CHARITY MOTORCYCLE RIDE

I'm so thrilled to be a part of the entertainment at this year's ride for Lansdowne Children's Centre on July 9th!

Candace Kingyens talks more about the event with Dave Carrol on #BrantLife, but I can also say this is a great element of any community. Children and families with special needs get enormous benefits from centres like this and right now, there's unfortunately a waiting list in our community. I'm thankful to be performing at this and hopefully a contributing factor to their success because this is a type of community service that Annabella would have benefited from.

In conjunction with our 18th annual charity event we are raffling off a customized Harley-Davidson Sportster Iron 1200.

MUSICAL PERFORMER: CHRIS STREI

Drawing from his own life experiences for inspiration in his music with compositions influenced by country, blues, and folk, Brantford-born Chris Strei has been compared with pop artists like Chris Stapleton, Tom Petty, Doc Walker, and even the Tragically Hip.

In March 2020, Chris's family welcomed and said goodbye to a baby girl by the name of Annabella. During the Covid-19 pandemic Chris took that time to reflect with his family. His latest single, following up his 2019 debut album "The Moonshine", is named after his late daughter, Annabella. It is a reflective tribute and vow.
